Practical, Ethical AI Training for Real World Work

AI is already showing up in your work.
I help you figure out how to use it — clearly, responsibly, and in a way that actually fits your organization.

Based in Taos, working with local organizations, nonprofits, and small teams.

Why this work matters

Most organizations I work with don’t need more tools.
They need clarity on how to use what’s already here.

AI is already showing up in your work — often without clear guidelines.

That leads to questions like:

  • What’s actually appropriate to use AI for?

  • What should never be entered into these tools?

  • How do we save time without compromising trust or mission?

These workshops help organizations & teams get clear, aligned, and practical.

Who this is for

I work with people who are curious about AI…
but also a little skeptical of it.

Most of my clients are small teams, nonprofits, and community-based organizations who want to understand what’s actually useful — and what’s not.

This is a good fit if you:

  • feel like AI is already creeping into your work and you’re not totally sure what to do with it

  • want to save time, but not at the expense of trust or quality

  • are part of a small team or organization trying to stay relevant without getting overwhelmed

Meet Shannon Dominguez

I’ve been working with organizations on practical AI use since 2023, helping teams understand not just what AI can do, but how to use it responsibly.

My experience includes:

  • supporting 140+ entrepreneurs through a 10-week business accelerator

  • nonprofit consulting with Building Beloved Communities

  • speaking and training with organizations like:

    • Taos County Chamber of Commerce

    • Roanoke College

    • Liberty University

    • Hollins University

I’ve led workshops with healthcare professionals, writers, project managers, realtors, and nonprofit teams.

My work has also been presented at national conferences and across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.

I’m less interested in what AI can do, and more interested in helping people use it in ways that actually make sense for their work.

“I’m so incredibly grateful for how your knowledge has assisted me in growing our business! You are a true asset to anyone who gets the opportunity to cross your path.”

"We are an older group, and Shannon opened the door for us. Her direct, no-nonsense approach answered questions before they were asked, and without exception, the group members felt better about their understanding of a new and vital technology. I strongly recommend Shannon."
