Meet Shannon Dominguez

I’ve been working with organizations on practical AI use since 2023, helping teams understand not just what AI can do, but how to use it responsibly.

My experience includes:

  • supporting 140+ entrepreneurs through a 10-week business accelerator

  • nonprofit consulting with Building Beloved Communities

  • speaking and training with organizations like:

    • Taos County Chamber of Commerce

    • Roanoke College

    • Liberty University

    • Hollins University

I’ve led workshops with healthcare professionals, writers, project managers, realtors, and nonprofit teams.

My work has also been presented at national conferences and across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.

I’m less interested in what AI can do, and more interested in helping people use it in ways that actually make sense for their work.

The Process

    1. Initial Conversation

    We meet with leadership to understand your team, your goals, and how AI is currently showing up in your work.

    2. Pre-Workshop Survey

    Your staff completes a short survey so we can see how AI is already being used and where questions or concerns exist.

    3. Customized Workshop

    The 90-minute workshop is tailored to your organization and delivers an interactive, practical training for your team.
